“Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. (Isaiah 40:28-31)
I have learned this one first hand several times lately. I would stress myself out beyond my control. Then without fail, when I could not keep up any longer, God made a way to force me to give in and rest. These forced breaks of rest were also out of my control, and I have learned that only God is the one in control. He knows everything that you are going to face, and He already has a plan for when you fail, when you take the wrong turn, when you are weak, when you are troubled, when you are in need, and when you come to Him. He wants us to reach out to Him and He is waiting for that every day. The more we recognize Him, talk to Him, believe in Him, trust in Him, and are one with Him, He will bless us in more ways than we know. He will bring the right people into our lives, and the right opportunities for us to achieve our dreams. He will also bring us into other people’s lives so that we can impact their lives. He uses all of us for the good of all beings. Trust in yourself though the Holy Spirit, trust in God’s timing, and lean on God for His goodness, His Strength, and His never-ending Love for us! He will give us rest, and He will give us strength to endure even the toughest days of our lives. We will soar on wings like eagles, for God is the wind beneath our wings!
